Cancelation Conditions and Cancelation Insurance
Reservations are handled in compliance with Austrian Hotel Contracting Regulations
This means:
Up to 3 months prior to arrival, there is no cancelation penalty.
From 3 months to 1 month prior to arrival, we charge 40% of the total price.
From 1 month to 1 week prior to arrival, the cancelation penalty will be 70% of the total price.
In the event of cancelation within 1 week of arrival, we will be obliged to charge 90% of the total price.

Because life doesn't always work out the way we would wish, especially when it comes to our well-earned vacation, we strongly recommend that our guests purchase supplemental cancelation insurance.
